As a certified carpet inspector, I am often asked. “Who should I use to clean my carpet?” or “Why does my carpet re-soil so quickly?” Unfortunately a wrong choice on the first question can lead to the second. Carpet cleaners are not regulated and many have little or no certification at all. There are simple steps that carpet cleaners must take to ensure a high quality job that will prevent rapid re-soiling of the carpet. Pre-sprays containing excessive PH or improper rinsing agents may lead to rapid re-soiling. Consumers will often rent a machine from the local hardware store that does not contain the proper chemicals to clean and rinse the carpet properly which can often lead to premature matting and crushing of the carpet.

All Aqua-Chem Solutions technicians will be experts in stain removal. This means, each stain will be treated individually and all attempts available will be made to remove the stain. Unfortunately some stains will penetrate the dye sites of the carpet and are impossible to move. We have qualified repair technicians on staff that can remove the stained area and replace if you request this service.

To prevent future stains we offer advanced stain resistant technology that can be reapplied to your carpet after cleaning. Older protectors work by creating a repellency barrier across the top of the carpet to protect the fibers. But this repellency only works when spills are cleaned up immediately. If not, they simply soak through the barrier where they immediately bond to the unprotected fibers, creating difficult to remove stains.

Instead of relying on repellency, we will use new technology to prevent spills from bonding to fibers. This technology completely coats fibers with a stain barrier, not just at the top. You will be able to remove spots even months later. Dry soils tend to scratch the fibers and destroy the carpets appearance.
